Blair Underwood, Tananarive Due, Steve Barnes

No, they're
not conspiring to minister injustice to more poor defensless white preppie lacrosse players. Oh the humanity, and God forbid! Actually this is to whet your stone for my interview. Casanegra. A true collaboration, transcending book and film. The next evolutionary step from the primordial ooze of selling the rights for pittance to some celebrity miscreant, only to see it languish on her lounge chair, to the amphibian first steps onto land: partnering up with other writers, finding investors and shooting it yourself. Casanegra A Tennyson Hardwicke Thirller pretty much among those first forays of proto-man, out of the trees, walking upright. We'll get to the pinnacle soon, we promise. And Steve and T. are showing us the way...

Wow! What an evolution for authors. This is great. It is such a waste when a good work languishes on the shelf. This is really taking the bull by the horns. Will we see Mr. Underwood playing Henry Dashiel1 in the future perhaps?
