Is it me or is Snoop more attuned to we clueless white guys? I have not heard any of my African American friends speak of him since we were all students, and that was ten years ago! Has he become the Sammy Davis, Jr. of the new millenium?

Who is that actor?
The actor's name is Keegan-Michael Key, trained at U-Penn I believe. He is one of the funnier cast memebers on Mad TV.
