If it will help whip things up, put some beat-McCain fire in your feminist uteri, and spur you to reconciliation and of course, bloodlust against that Geezer (for you Brits that means "old fart," not "dude" or guy) I offer this pep talk from Crazy Mel's "Braveheart," end of the flick. Just use your imagination here. Robert the Bruce= Barack; the scowling, forlorn Scots=thousands of scowling, fornlorn bulldykes, Congressional Black Caucus turncoats & Juan Williams; the arrogant nasty English army= not really McCain as much as the thousands of Fox News scumbags and bloggers Dubya disciples, about to get hacked up.for Hopefully, Barack will motivate the Hillaryites accordingly. Enjoy, and no, Bubba ain't in this clip...

Amusing, imaginative and ascerbic per usual, Professor. We "scowling and forlorn bulldykes" will do what we must to put a Democrat in the White House. ;-)
Very creative and funny!
I don't trust them, I don't trust her.
(smile)! Love it.
not brave heart
more like monty python lol
You have left out one segment of the Hilary contingent. Last week, CNN interviewed a group of mid age gay males in NNYC who where rabid supporters. These insane people, who were clearly dropped on the head as infants, said that they will begin rallying for McCain, rather then support Barack, who they feel "stole" the nomination from Clinton...How does one comment on this without sounding like a homophobe?
Only you would mix the madness of this campaign with the madness of Mel Gibson. Funny in a way but also frightenly accurate despite what Chicama Vineyard promises.
I think you can call them ignorant queers-faggots without being a homophobe.
I am gay, I was active in the Clinton campaign as a volunteer. I am not going to vote for John McCain. I have no clue why these people would act so. Perhaps in a few weeks they will calm down, unless they are like the Green Party members who steadfastly supported Ralph Nader in Florida in 2000.
Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
Well, I think this is just another example of the "man" taking something that is supposed to be positive for all of us, and turning into shit. How can folks who supported Hillary now turn around and vote for McCain? Do we want gas prices to go to to $8/gallon or spend another five years in Iraq? I don't think so people.

A very amusing way to call all diverse troops of the D-Party to arms. I admire your spirit and passion for Obama.
In all fairness Professor I should caution you that those who provide us Americans with the most soaring & inspiring rhetoric often most disappoint us when they fail to deliver on either the promise of their character or the promise of their words!
Not that it matters, but I have a jaundiced eye when I look at both major parties. As a Libertarian bound to neither, the reality I see for American Politics is that both parties have equally failed both whom they claim to serve AND AMERICA….
So be careful my friend not to over-idealize the mere mortals who play in politics - You'll sleep better at night and won't be disappointed when like Icarus, they fail to deliver on their promise to soar up to the heavens to which they aspire!
My friend you need some valium -- who knew you were such an angry man!
I think it's pretty funny. I don't understand why this brought out these comments.
